Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Flavour Focused Media. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
   Flavour Focused Media offers marketing, website development, email marketing, graphic design, and advertising services. The scope and details of each service will be outlined in a contract or proposal prior to starting the project.

2. Payment
   Payment terms will be specified in the contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.

3. Intellectual Property
   All materials created by Flavour Focused Media, including but not limited to designs, content, and websites, remain the property of Flavour Focused Media until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

4. Revisions and Approvals
   The client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in the contract. Any additional revisions may incur extra costs. Timely approvals are required to ensure project deadlines are met.

5. Cancellation and Termination
   Either party may cancel the contract with written notice. If the client cancels after work has begun, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

6. Liability
   Flavour Focused Media is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our services.

7. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Calgary, Alberta.
